• Desks, office chairs, meeting tables and shelving (see our Furniture Disposal service)
• Filing cabinets, lockers, cupboards and storage units
• Computers, monitors, printers, phones and other equipment (see Electronic Waste Disposal)
• Sofas and armchairs from reception and break areas
• Kitchenette items, small appliances and fridges
• Boxes, archive files, carpet tiles and general office clutter
Who this service is for
Office clearances are usually tied to a business change with a firm date. Typical customers are:
• Businesses relocating. Old furniture stays behind when you move to new premises.
• Companies closing or downsizing. The space must be empty when the lease ends.
• Landlords and property managers. A former tenant's leftovers need removing before the next one arrives.
• Freelancers and small businesses. A home office or small studio is being cleared, with no large team to help.

Why choose this service
Timed around your lease or move
Business deadlines are fixed, so we agree a collection window that fits your move-out date. You are not left with an empty office, an unfinished clearance and a landlord waiting.
We handle the volume
Offices hold many identical items, from desks to chairs and cabinets. We send enough people to move them efficiently, so the job finishes quickly and your team does not have to lift anything.
Careful with the building
Offices often share lifts, lobbies and stairwells with other tenants. We protect floors and doorways where needed and keep shared areas clear, so your clearance does not disturb neighbouring businesses.
How it works
From first message to an empty office, there are four steps:
1. Request a quote. Describe the premises, the floor and lift, the number of workstations, and send photos if you can.
2. Receive a fixed price. We confirm the cost in writing, so you know the total before you commit.
3. We collect. Our team arrives in the agreed window and carries everything on your list out of the premises.
4. Responsible hand-over. We transport the items and hand them over to an appropriate licensed recycling or disposal point.
How to prepare for your clearance
A little preparation keeps the day quick and your price accurate:
• Decide what stays, and mark or separate those items clearly.
• Remove personal belongings, documents and anything confidential from desks, drawers and cabinets.
• Back up and wipe data from computers and phones before collection, as we do not handle data.
• Check with your landlord or building manager about lift booking, loading access and any allowed hours.
• Clear the route from each room to the exit, and tell us about narrow corridors or stairs.
Confidential documents and data
Offices often hold paperwork and devices that must not be seen by others. Please remove confidential documents, and wipe or remove data from all computers, phones and storage devices before collection. Our service is collection and transport only, so we do not offer data destruction or document shredding.
Items that need special handling
Some materials cannot go in a standard load. These include paint, solvents and other chemicals, gas bottles, batteries and asbestos-containing materials. Fridges and large screens also need careful handling. Please mention them when you request your quote, so we can confirm what we can take and what needs a separate arrangement.
Pricing
The price depends mainly on these factors:
|
Factor |
What it means |
Effect on price |
|
Volume |
The number of workstations, cabinets and items to remove |
More items need more time, crew and vehicle space |
|
Access |
The floor, and whether there is a lift or only stairs |
Stairs and upper floors add handling time |
|
Parking and loading |
How close our vehicle can stop to the entrance |
A longer carry distance adds time |
|
Item mix |
Heavy cabinets and equipment versus light furniture |
Heavy items take more handling |
Small office clearances start from . The exact price is always confirmed by quote before booking, and photos or a short list are usually enough to give you a firm figure.
