Who this service is for
People usually contact us when an item is simply too big to deal with alone. Typical situations include:
• Replacing furniture. The new piece arrives and the old one has to leave soon after.
• Clearing out before a move. A few large items remain after the movers have gone.
• Renovating. Old fittings, flooring and cabinets have to go before the work can finish.
• Property managers and landlords. Items left behind in a flat or shared space need removing quickly.
What we usually collect, by load size
You do not need a full house to book us. The table shows how loads typically look and what helps us quote accurately.

Why choose this service
One booking for mixed items
Large items rarely come alone. You tell us everything that needs to go and we collect it in one trip, instead of arranging separate pickups for each type.
No lifting, no vehicle needed
We carry items out of your home, down the stairs and into our vehicle. You do not need a car, a trailer or help from friends, and you do not have to make trips to a disposal point.
A fixed price in writing
We confirm the total before you book. Your price does not change on the day unless the load turns out to be different from what you described.
How it works
1. Request a quote. List the items you want collected, mention the floor and lift, and add photos if possible.
2. Receive a fixed price. We confirm the cost in writing, so you know the total before you commit.
3. We collect. Our team arrives in the agreed window and carries the items out of your home.
4. Responsible hand-over. We transport everything and hand it over to an appropriate licensed recycling or disposal point.
How to prepare for your collection
A few small steps keep the visit quick and the price accurate:
• Tell us exactly which items should go, so nothing you want to keep leaves with us.
• Empty drawers, cupboards and shelves, and remove personal belongings.
• Clear the route from the item to the front door, including hallways and stairs.
• Check whether your building asks for notice about vehicles or lift use.
Tell us about very heavy items, narrow stairs or tight doorways in advance
Items that need special handling
Some materials cannot go in a standard load. These include paint, solvents and other chemicals, gas bottles, batteries and asbestos-containing materials. Please mention them when you request your quote, so we can confirm what we can take and what needs a separate arrangement.
