What's included
We clear the whole apartment or just the rooms you choose. Typical scope:
• Furniture: wardrobes, beds, tables, chairs, shelving and desks
• Sofas, armchairs and mattresses (see Sofa Disposal and Mattress Disposal)
• Appliances and electronics, such as fridges, washing machines and TVs
• Boxes, textiles, curtains, kitchenware and general household goods
• Balcony and terrace furniture, plus bikes and boxes stored in the cellar or attic compartment
• Basement and storage-room contents belonging to the apartment
Who this service is for
A full clearance suits many different situations. Most of our customers fall into one of these groups:
• Tenants moving out. You need the flat empty by the handover date and have no time to organise several pickups.
• Landlords and property managers. You need a unit cleared quickly between tenants, with a fixed cost you can plan around.
• Families after a bereavement or inheritance. We work calmly and respectfully, and you decide what stays and what goes.
• People downsizing or relocating. Whatever the movers or buyers leave behind, we collect in one visit.
Types of apartment we clear
We work in studios, one- and two-bedroom flats, larger family apartments and shared flats, as well as the cellar, attic and storage compartments that belong to them. If your home is full to the ceiling or spread across several floors, tell us in your quote request so we can plan the right crew size and vehicle.

Why choose this service
One visit, whole apartment
Instead of booking separate pickups for each type of item, you hand over one list and we handle it in a single trip. That saves coordination when your move-out date is fixed.
Timed around your deadline
Clearances usually sit between a move date and a key handover. We agree a collection window that fits your schedule, so you are not left waiting with an empty flat and a deadline.
Careful with the building
We protect stairwells and doorways where needed and carry items out without blocking neighbours. Narrow staircases and apartments without a lift are part of normal work in Zurich.
How it works
From first message to a cleared flat, the process takes four steps:
1. Request a quote. Tell us the number of rooms, the floor, whether there is a lift, and send a few photos if you can.
2. Receive a fixed price. We confirm the cost in writing before you commit, so there are no surprises on the day.
3. We collect. Our team arrives in the agreed window, removes everything on your list and leaves the space clear.
4. Responsible hand-over. We transport the items and hand them over to an appropriate licensed recycling or disposal point.
How to prepare for your clearance
A little preparation makes the day faster and keeps your price accurate:
• Set aside anything you want to keep, and tell us which rooms or items are staying.
• Collect personal papers, valuables and keys in a safe place before we arrive.
• Leave out anything that belongs to the landlord or building, such as fitted items, so it is not removed by mistake.
• Check whether your building asks for notice about vehicles or lift use, and book it if needed.
• Make sure the access route is clear, from the front door to the street.
Items that need special handling
Some materials cannot go in a standard load. These include paint, solvents and other chemicals, gas bottles and asbestos-containing materials. Please mention them when you request your quote, so we can confirm what we can take and what needs a separate arrangement.
Pricing
The price depends mainly on these factors:
|
Factor |
What it means |
Effect |
|
Volume |
The amount of furniture and household goods to be removed |
More items need more time, crew and vehicle space |
|
Access |
The floor, and whether there is a lift or only stairs |
Stairs and upper floors add handling time |
|
Parking |
How close our vehicle can stop to the entrance |
A longer carry distance adds time |
|
Item mix |
Appliances and heavy furniture versus boxes and light items |
Heavy or bulky pieces take more handling |
Smaller one-room clearances start from . The exact price is always confirmed by quote before booking, and photos or a short description are usually enough to give you a firm figure.
